Return Policy

We offer a 14-day hassle free return for your item/s. 

The item/s must be in original condition upon arrival back to our facility.  Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the requirements listed above. 

New Path Outdoors offers a full refund, minus the return shipping costs (the item price excluding original shipping cost).

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@newpathoutdoors.com using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Once your return number is assigned, the product must be received back by New Path Outdoors within 14 days.

Once the items have been received, we will send your new item/s out or you will receive your refund, minus return shipping costs (item price excluding original shipping cost).

New Path Outdoors cannot be held liable for the loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
